Terms of Service

Triday is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform for professional triathlon. It is operated as an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), Ironman Group, World Triathlon (WTCS), or any other race organiser or governing body.

Athlete names, race names, and circuit names are used for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will remove your personal data within 30 days of a deletion request.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in leagues
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Attempt to manipulate league standings or exploit scoring bugs
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Triday is a free-to-play game. There is no entry fee, no prize money, and no real-world monetary value attached to any points, rankings, or in-game items. Triday is not a gambling product and does not facilitate any form of wagering.

You own the data you submit to Triday — your team selections, league activity, and account information. We do not claim any ownership over your personal data.

Athlete performance data (race results, rankings) is sourced from publicly available information and belongs to the respective race organisers.

We aim to keep Triday running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, scoring errors, or data inaccuracies.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Triday after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
