How Triday Works

Pick your athletes, earn points from real race results, and outscore your league across a full season.

You race. You score.

The Age Group League is for athletes who compete themselves. Submit your triathlon results and earn points based on how you finished relative to your field — adjusted for race distance and boosted for championship events. Race at any distance, anywhere in the world.

STEP 01

Set Up Your Profile

On first login, tell us your age group, gender, and nationality. This is how we place you in the right division for fair, like-for-like competition all season.

Age group, gender + nationality on signup
One-time setup, editable anytime
STEP 02

Submit Your Results

After any triathlon — Ironman, 70.3, T100, Olympic, or Sprint — log your finish position, field size, and split times. You can submit results for any race throughout the season.

Any race distance counts
Submit at any point after racing
No results cap — race as much as you like
Championship races (Kona, 70.3 Worlds, T100 Worlds, World Triathlon Champs) earn a boosted multiplier
STEP 03

Your Top 2 Count

Only your two best results across the season contribute to your final score. Quality over quantity — one exceptional race at the right event beats a full season of average ones.

Best 2 results from the full season
Lower scores automatically drop off
Championship multipliers reward racing the biggest events
Leaderboard filtered by age group, gender, and nationality
Championship races shown with a Worlds badge
STEP 04

Your Triday Ranking

Alongside the season leaderboard, every Triday athlete has a global ranking score. Your ranking is calculated from your best 4 results across any race in the last 52 weeks — not just the current season. Race Ironman, T100 and Outlaw and your scores are standardised across all three circuits, so for the first time you can see where you genuinely stand globally.

Rolling 52-week window — always current
Best 4 results count toward your ranking
Scores standardised across Ironman, T100, Outlaw, Challenge and more
Submit past results from 2026 on signup and have a ranking score immediately

How Scoring Works

Triday has two ways to compete. The Season Leaderboard tracks your best 2 results across the current season — quality over quantity, with championship multipliers rewarding the biggest races. Your Triday Ranking is a live global score built from your best 4 results in the last 52 weeks, standardised across every major circuit. It’s the first ranking system that lets you compare a Kona finish against a T100 on fair terms.

Self-Reported Results

Age Group League results are submitted by athletes themselves. To keep the leaderboard fair, every result from a major race series (Ironman, 70.3, T100, Challenge, Outlaw) is publicly verifiable — race results are published online and anyone can check. If you spot a result that doesn’t add up, tap the 🚩 flag on that result. Flagged results are reviewed by the Triday admin team. Submitting false results will result in permanent removal from the platform.
